Pipe processing equipment for rigid pipe

joints. Erroneous assembly of the spinner and inaccurate flaring of the pipe might jeopardise the system and, in extreme cases, cause injury to property and persons. To avoid difficulties, OP recommends various Unispeed series equipment models. They are easy to use and portable, even onsite, to facilitate service staff and mobile assistance centre operations. The machines have a wide range of tools capable of machining carbon steel pipes and stainless steel pipes ranging from 6mm to 42mm in diameter, with thickness up to 4mm. After cutting, it is vital to perform deburring to remove metallic burrs which could find their way into the system and damage pumps, valves and other critical components. OP’s S series deburring machines ensure proper removal of burrs, leaving the pipe edge clean and smooth.
