University Recreation (Urec) is a comprehensive collegiate recreation department within Administrative Student Life Services, a member institution of WIRSA and includes a variety of recreational opportunities for the UW-Stout community in adventure recreation, fitness, intramural sports and sport clubs.

University Recreation is committed to inclusion to all who utilize our services. We respect and appreciate all individuals and their individual differences. Provide an avenue for lifelong engagement, healthy activity and experiential learning.
