Jeff works as a Technical Manager at Eurofins Food Integrity and Innovation in Madison, WI, USA. In this role he participates in the development of new methods or modifications to existing procedures for a variety of vitamins, nutrients and contaminants throughout the business. Jeff is

the principal scientist for proteomics projects at the Madison lab, where he develops or adapts methods for targeted protein analysis in dairy, nutritional supplement, and Agricultural ingredients and products. Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2000. He has experience with several different analytical techniques, with a focus on LCMS instrumentation and various HPLC applications.
