Error codes

Tour distance / Maximum speed Shows the highest speed on the distance cov- ered.

Total distance Shows the total distance covered with the pedelec.

Error code Error description and solution 10 The battery voltage is too low. Charge the battery. 11 The battery voltage is too high. Switch the electrical system off and on again. If the problem persists, contact our service hotline.

This display includes an additional page: Total distance / Highest speed Shows the highest speed along the entire route.

The battery is almost or com- pletely discharged. Charge the battery. Electrical measurements are faulty. Switch the electrical system off and on again. If the problem persists, contact our service hotline. Temperature sensor defective Switch the electrical system off and on again. If the problem persists, contact our service hotline. The internal voltage is outside the working range. Charge the battery. Error in the motor current meas- urement Switch the electrical system off and on again. Tour distance / Reset The values for the distance covered, for the av- erage speed and the highest speed are deleted and set to “0”. Push the joystick T3 downwards. The values for the tour are set to “0” by pressing the joystick.
