DESPATCH: Same day despatch on all orders received before 4.00 pm.

DELIVERY CHARGES: Please speak to the sales department to discuss any carriage charges that may apply. In addition to the above we offer a same day emergency service for your breakdown requirements, whether it’s a hydraulic hose, bearing collapse or a broken belt; in most circumstances we can assist.

PAYMENT

ACCOUNT: 30 days net monthly on approved credit accounts. CREDIT CARD: We accept all major credit cards including: Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB Purchasing Cards. OTHER PAYMENTS: Cash, Cheque and Bacs.

RETURNS & HANDLING

Request for return of standard stock items (catalogue) are subject to the following: 1. All goods must have prior authorisation by Hydramatic (Somerset) Ltd 2. Goods must be as despatched by Hydramatic (Somerset) within 10 days of delivery 3. There is a handling charge of 20% or £25, whichever is greater
