Council of Provincial Bar Associations of the Free State, and as a result of a conference between the two bodies one joint report of both bodies has been adopted, containing suggestions for the establishment of Courts and the setting up of legal offices under the Constitution of the Free State, and this report has been forwarded to the Judiciary Committee. Supreme Court Rule. The Governor-General of the Irish Free State, by the advice of the Executive Council, and with the concurrence of a majority of the Judges of the Supreme Court and the other persons mentioned in Section 12 of the Judicature Act (No. 2), 1897, made on the 12th March, 1923, the following rule, by virtue of the Judicature Act (Ireland), 1877, and the Adaptation of Enactments Act, 1922:— ORDER II. For the purposes of giving effect to Article 75 of the Constitution of the Irish Free State (Saorstat Eireann) Act, 1922, as from the 22nd day of February, 1923, the words "in Southern Ireland" wherever these words occur in any Form now or heretofore in use, shall be deleted, and every Form shall hence forth be headed or entitled with the words " Saorstat Eireann."
