Lectures will be delivered on the following dates at the Royal College of Surgeons, Stephen's Green, Dublin :— JUNIOR CLASS. October 27, 30. November 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, 27. December 1, 4. SENIOR CLASS. October 28, 31. November 4, 7, 11, 18, 21, 25, 28. December 2,5. Notice of intention to attend either class of lectures, and lecture fee of 3 guineas, should be sent before 20th October to the Secretary, 33 Molesworth Street, Dublin. At the

fifteen it is amongst other things enacted that the Minister for Justice may by Order appoint and from time to time revise the scale of the fees to be charged by and paid to Under-Sheriffs, Bailiffs, and other person for their services in or about the execution of writs of fieri facias and writs of habere and in or about the execution of decrees (whether for debt, possession of land or otherwise) of Civil Bill Courts and that the fees specified in any such scale of fees shall be in lieu of and in substitution for the fees now by law chargeable by or payable to Under-Sheriffs, Bailiffs and other persons for the like service. AND WHEREAS at the passing of the said Act certain poundage fees and charges were chargeable by and payable to such persons aforesaid under or by virtue of certain Statutes, Rules and Orders previously made and promulgated (hereinafter referred to as " the existing scale of fees and charges"). NOW I. CAOIMHGHIN O h-UIGIN. Minister for Justice, in pursuance of the powers vested in me under section fifteen of the Enforcement of Law (Occasional Powers) Act, 1924, and of all other powers me there unto enabling do order, appoint and declare : (1) that the scale of fees set forth in the Schedule hereto shall take effect from the date hereof and be in force until further order in lieu of and in substitution for any fees heretofore chargeable under the exist ing scale of fees and charges in respect of any matter for which a fee is provided in the said Schedule. (2) That save in respect of matters mentioned in the Schedule hereto all poundages, fees, and charges payable under or by virtue of the existing scale of fees and charges shall be the poundages, fees, and charges charge able and payable in respect of the matters specified in such existing Scale of fees and charges. SCHEDULE.
