(2) All persons who have lodged claims for damages, pursuant to the provisions of the said Acts, on which claims judgment has not yet been delivered, shall file such claims with the Secretary of the County Council in which the damage occurred, before the 1st day of April next ensuing. All persons who have suffered damages in respect of which claims may be made, pursuant to the provisions of the said Acts, but who have not -yet lodged any claims, shall lodge notice of such claims with the Secretary of the County Council in which the damage occurred, before the 1st day of April next ensuing. High Court Sittings, 1922. Hilary Sittings terminate on Thursday, 6th April. Easter Sittings commence on Thursday, 20th April, and terminate on Wednesday, 24th May. Trinity Sittings commence on Wednesday, 7th June, and terminate on Monday, 31st July.
