CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY
Build and implement programs and processes to support the four employment pillars of: Hiring the Best Talent; Creating a First Class Applicant Experience; Administrative Excellence; and Diversity and Outreach. Expand and optimize PeopleSoft 9.2 functionality; Launch new Employment brand and re-communicate City Values;
Build and implement City Essentials training program; Conclude cohort #2 of the Emerging Leaders Program and conduct intake of Cohort #3; Implement City-wide Occupational Health and Safety Plans; and Implement an action plan to prevent soft tissue injuries.
