XJ's teardrop shape is formed for optimum aerodynamic efficiency, reducing air resistance to a minimum, improving acceleration, fuel efficiency and CO 2 emissions. The shape is the result of exhaustive computational modelling where aesthetics and aerodynamics work together. The chrome outlined side windows emphasise XJ's pure, elongated form.
