ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

Structural Engineering PROVIDE ENGINEERING DESIGN OF MICROPILE FOUNDATION SYSTEM FOR BUILDING STABILIZATION 1. Design Foundation Stabilization Program for (19) buildings, including buildings 50 to 61 and buildings 78 to 84. This includes Building Types 2, 5, 8, 11, 15,17, 26 and 27. 2. Review structural plans for each building type 3. Review geotechnical exploration data 4. Design Retrofit Micropile Foundation System to extend to/into competent rock

5. Design Micropile placement for exterior and interior load bearing foundations at each building. 6. Design will include production of construction documents sealed by a Virginia Licensed Engineer. 7. Use Design documents to prepare a cost proposal for installation of the Micropile Foundation System
