T he threat of potential lawsuits loomed over Steve and Chad’s heads. Steve says his team realized, “There was no way we could lever- age or hire the resources alone.” The problem was just too big for them to handle. They decided they needed to sell their startup to a larger company that would be able to deal with all the problems.
