I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, the condensed consolidated interim financial statements have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and give a true and fair view of the net equity position, financial position and financial performanceof the company and all companies included in the consolidation, and that the half-year business report gives a true and fair view of the significant events that occurred during the first six months of the financial year, their impact on the financial statements, the main transactions carried out between related parties, as well as a description of the major risks and uncertainties for the remaining six months of the financialyear.
