• Inspection of propane tank • System leak check • Regulator performance test • Operating pressure test • Inspection of cook tops, ranges, fireplaces, water heaters, wall heaters, furnaces, and other gas appliances.

• Check venting • Basic cleaning • Re-light pilot lights • Odor test
