As President of Winter Park Construction (WPC), Jeff oversees the operations of the 44-year old company, and aggressively pursues new business development. WPC specializes in multi-unit construction and is one of the largest builders in the country with over 30,000 apartment units, 20,000 timeshare units, 3,000 hotel rooms, and over 200 million square feet of construction completed to date. WPC has become a leading general contractor in the Southeast and one of the largest hospitality general contractors in the nation. In addition, we also provide construction management and preconstruction services for projects around the country. Jeff has expanded WPC’s reputation for construction excellence through long-standing relationships with clients such as, Lincoln Properties, Equity Residential, Starwood’s Vacation Ownership, Bluegreen Resorts, Sonata Healthcare, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Inland American Communities Group, The Berkley Group, and Hilton Grand Vacations.

Jeff has a solid educational and professional background, having attended the University of Central Florida and Harvard Business School Executive Education. A forward thinker, Jeff has pioneered advanced technology throughout the WPC business model. “Forty-four years ago, our business consisted primarily of framing and renovations projects confined to the Orlando area. Today, we are one of the largest general contractors in Central Florida, as well as the country.
