With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Chuck Reynolds’ estimating and design/ build knowledge greatly contributes to the success of accurately projecting building costs at WPC. Chuck began work at WPC in 1993 and has managed the company’s estimating process since that time. In addition to leading the day-to-day operations of the estimating department, Chuck developed estimating software to expeditiously and precisely estimate building costs. The software generates detailed data reports, reflecting the most current pricing information based upon current costs and historical information. Chuck’s responsibilities include reviewing bid proposals on all new projects, calculating statistical data, quantity surveys, material prices, labor costs and equipment, maintain historical costs files, assist in establishing project schedules for shop drawing submittals and approvals, prepares preliminary bid lists, and prepares bid evaluations on subcontractor pricing to assimilate construction costs.

Chuck’s top priority is providing clients with pre- construction services and he enjoys the challenge of meeting clients’ project costs. Years of experience with construction methodology and material product cost gives Chuck the ability to be a proactive team member. “Value has always been the watchword at WPC, both in the projects we deliver and in the professional partnerships we cultivate.
