Since day one, Tony has shown professionalism, promptness and a high level of customer service. I dealt with him personally for the entire duration of this project, and he has guided me, helped me along with my team, and showed nothing but patience, hospitality and a great sense of urgency which is one of our main values at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tuscany. I would also like to add that he has kept me updated and aware of any details or changes to the schedule and has answered all my questions. When we were faced with a challenge, he does not hesitate to go above and beyond, which shows that he cares about his customers and his work. Additionally, my entire team who worked around Tony shared with me how personable and pleasant he is, which again speaks of his work ethics and outstanding customer service level.
