About Courtesy Connection Started in 2017, Courtesy Connection is the solution to a problem plaguing the property management industry. Specifically, the industry lacks a modern call management platform that is customizable, easy-to- use, and cost-effective. Courtesy Connection is the solution to: • Manage the behavior of property phone lines • Record resident calls to and from your property • Provide crystal-clear call and voicemail notifications to anyone who needs to receive them • Provide a digital log of any lighting or security inspections provided by your courtesy officer(s) • Report on Operator on-call hours and on-call performance (specifically, how often are resident calls answered vs. not when an Operator has said they’re on-call) Unique Features Legacy answering services are paging systems, and they don’t connect callers real-time with staff. How Accounts are Provisioned We provision a property when an order is signed. Once a property (or collection of properties) has been provisioned, users with the appropriate permissions can manage users as-needed. Additionally, we make APIs (api.courtesyconnection.com) available to customers to automate user management. Any Guarantees/Contract Terms We bill annually (prepaid). That said, we will refund (on 30-day notice) prorated and prepaid licensing fees on request following a management or ownership change. At scale, we look to execute lightweight Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with owners or third party managers of property portfolios. Those MSAs do not assign any financial obligation whatsoever to any entity other than individual properties. The goal is to have a single document that governs on what basis properties and Courtesy Connection do business. Any individual property orders will reference that MSA as a governing document.

Prices

Retail Pricing is $99/property/month (prepaid annually) BA Discounted Pricing is $85/property/month (prepaid annually) Additionally, we will price match (with documentation). We will not increase in-place cost.
