Behind the Strata Managers we have a support team who undertake administrative, compliance, repairs and maintenance, financing and accounting services. This team compliments the Strata Managers and allows them to manage and provide advice and direction to you as the developer during the developer control period and ultimately to the Owners Corporation and the Executive Committee post the first annual general meeting.
