isolation between the two bands is at least 33dB and typically 40dB. The insertion loss within each passband is low: no higher than 1.2dB for each band and typically just 0.8dB. The return loss for each band is typically 15dB. The 50-Ω diplexer is supplied inaminiatureshielded package measuring 0.870×0.80×0.25 in. (22.10×20.32×6.35 mm). It is a good solution for isolating closely spaced receivers from transmitters. The RoHS- compatible diplexer is designed for input signal power as high as 6 W at room temperature (+25°C) and operating temperatures from -40 to +85°C. amplifier for applications from DC to 6GHz. Designed to fit into tight spaces on densely packed circuit boards, the GaAs MMIC amplifier is supplied in a miniature SOT-363 package. The gain is typically 23dB at 100MHz, 21.3dB at 1GHz, 15.7dB at 3GHz, and 10.2dB at 6GHz. The noise figure is typically 2.2dB at 100MHz and 1GHz, 2.5dB at 3GHz, and 3.3dB at 6GHz. The output power at 1-dB compression ranges from typically +10.7dBm at 100MHz to +10.0dBm at 3GHz and +7.0dBm at 6GHz. The output third-order intercept (OIP3) is typically +23.3dBm at 100MHz, +22.7dBm at 3GHz, and +17.6dBm at 6GHz. The input return loss ranges from typically 38dB at 100 MHz to 13 dB at 3GHz. and 15dB at 6GHz, while the output return loss is typically 21dB at 100MHz, 10dB at 3GHz, and 10dB at 6GHz. The RoHS-compliant amplifier draws 32 mA maximum current from a single 5-V dc supply. It can operate safely with input signal power levels as high as +13dBm and over operating temperatures from -40 to +85°C. "MCDI" : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ

Mini-Circuits’ MMIC SPDT Switch Controls DC to 4.5GHz Mini-Circuits’ model M3SWA-2-50DRB+ is an absorptive, single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) RF switch with internal driver and low loss from DC to 4.5 GHz. The typical insertion loss is 0.6 dB through 2GHz and 1.4dB or less through 4.5GHz. Typical isolation between output ports is 49dB or more through 2GHz and 32dB or more through 4.5GHz. The high-speed 50-Ω switch is a good fit for communications, aerospace and defense, and test and measurement applications. It achieves typical 10%/90% rise time of 3.3 ns and typical 90%/10% fall time of 4.6 ns. The typical ON time (50% control signal to 90% RF) is 14.4 ns while the typical OFF time (50% control signal to 10% RF) is 11.3 ns. Control is applied by means of a single TTL line. The switch provides high linearity, with a typical input third-order intercept of +46.5dBm to 2GHz and +40.1dBm through 4.5GHz. The RoHS-compatible switch runs on +5 and -5 V dc supplies and handles input signal power as high as +24dBm at operating temperatures from -55 to +100°C. The MMIC switch is supplied in a tiny eight-lead MCLP package measuring 3.25×3.25×0.9 mm. "MCDI" : לפרטים נוספים 077-540-6075 : ט 153-77-540-6051 : פ
