On front bearing Junk surcharged 2c on 3c horizontal strip of 3 and 2nd Peking print Junk 5c in pair, both tied by bilingual ‘WUSIH’ cds (the English letter is above the Chinese char. Wusih) with another type of bilingual ‘WUSIH’ cds (the Chinese char. is above the English letter Wusih) with ‘Post Office Department/United States Of America/Officially Sealed’ USA censor label, on reverse with Junk surcharged 2c on 3c x 2, ‘NEW YORK/8.6.23’ arrival oval cancel x 2, one black and one violet, very rare cover with bilingual Wusih cancellation, very fine.
