Wusih) with another type of bilingual ‘WUSIH’ cds (the Chinese char. is above the English letter Wusih) with ‘Post Office Department/United States Of America/Officially Sealed’ USA censor label, on reverse with Junk surcharged 2c on 3c x 2, ‘NEW YORK/8.6.23’ arrival oval cancel x 2, one black and one violet, very rare cover with bilingual Wusih cancellation, very fine.
