A tri-colour mixed franking cover from Kiungchow to Switzerland, on front bearing HK QV 10c purple on red, tied by ‘HONG KONG/21.11.99’ cds, adjacent the rare and neat ‘KIUNGCHOW/19.11.99’ Dollar chop, on reverse bearing Red Revenue large figures surcharged 1c on 3c and CIP Coiling Dragon 4c and 5c, the tied very neat ‘KIUNGCHOW’ Dollar chop, which matches the front cancellation. ‘LAUSANNE’ arrival cds, very nice cover with a rare Dollar chop.
