Established in 1996, Holocaust MuseumHouston is exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Internal Revenue Service has classified theMuseum as a Section 509(a)(1) publicly supported charity. Holocaust MuseumHouston strives to adhere to the highest standards of financial management, and the result is a healthy balance sheet that allows theMuseum to consistently provide for programs and initiatives important to our community.
