Our Story

W ith over 122 years of American textile manufacturing heritage and exquisite craftsmanship, Thomaston Mills is a family-owned company focused on creating textile products of lasting value for customers who are seeking sustainability, comfort and durability. Our plants in Georgia and South Carolina are staffed with a team of experienced hard working individuals dedicated to quality. Thomaston Mills is a specialist in hotel, hospital and institutional textiles. We introduced American Luxury line in 2021 to focus on products for discerning, upscale hotels and American Blossom in 2019 to create “farm to bed” products for the home, for B&Bs and micro-hotels that are 100% Made in USA and the most sustainable products in the market. Unlike most companies that do their sourcing exclusively in Asia using opaque, carbon-intensive supply chains, Thomaston utilizes USA inputs to the fullest extent possible so that we can assure quality products that are ethically and environmentally responsible. Our South Carolina and Georgia textile manufacturing heritage is perfectly suited to customers seeking 21st Century solutions to their linen needs.

From our American cotton fields to you, we promise to keep elevating and keep our customers at the heart of our company. We stand for excellence as we weave each product with passion, artistry and refined detail. We currently specialize in manufacturing and distribution of the highest quality bed and bath linens to the hospitality, healthcare and institutional markets. We finish millions of yards of fabric each year at our bleachery in Easley, South Carolina and cut and sew this fabric in our 250,000 square foot manufacturing and warehousing facility located in Thomaston, GA. At our corporate headquarters in Wyncote, PA, at our fabric plant in Easley, GA and at our main factory in Thomaston, GA, you will find a team of hard working professionals with unparalleled experience in making high value textiles that save our customers money and staying comfortable and attractive longer. Similarly, our lines of domestic and imported towels are also engineered for long term value and responsibly sourced. We are the value leader in the institutional market and are proud of both our history and present.
