T he dispatch company Jack worked for, which was founded by Greg Kidd, began expanding while Jack pursued his degree at New York University. Jack continued to write dispatch software for Dis- patch Management Services Corp. for several years during this time. In 2000, Greg decided to branch out to other areas of the United States. He started a web-based dispatch company known as dNet.com and asked for Jack’s help with the website. Not long after, Jack started his own company and moved to Califor- nia.
