DRIVER ASSIST PACK (OPTIONAL)* Features Adaptive Cruise Control, Rear Pre-collision Monitor and Blind Spot Assist Pack.

Rear Pre-collision Monitor – If a vehicle approaching from behind is not slowing down, Defender will attempt to alert the approaching driver to brake by automatically flashing the hazard lights.

Adaptive Cruise Control – Will automatically keep your vehicle a safe distance from the vehicle in front, should it slow or stop when you’re cruising or travelling in slow-moving traffic. If the vehicle in front stops, you will come to a smooth halt.

BLIND SPOT ASSIST PACK* Features Blind Spot Assist, Clear Exit Monitor and Rear Traffic Monitor.

Rear Traffic Monitor – Warns you of vehicles, pedestrians or other hazards approaching from either side. Particularly useful when reversing out of a parking bay.

Clear Exit Monitor – Helps passengers stay safe as they exit Defender by warning of approaching hazards, such as passing vehicles and cyclists.

Blind Spot Assist – Can help prevent collisions. If your Defender detects another car in your blind spot when you begin to change lanes, a rotational force is automatically applied to the steering wheel – indicating a steering correction should be made.
