The Council awarded a Silver Medal to Bernard B. Hoy, and)Special Certificates to William T. Clare and John J, Bolger, B.A., N.U.I. Nineteen candidates attended ; 15 passed; 4 were postponed. Findlater Scholarship. The Findlater Scholarship for 1919 has been awarded to Robert C. Bathurst, who served his apprenticeship with Mr. John W. Richards, of the firm of Messrs. S. S. and E. Reeves and Sons, 51 Merrion'Square, Dublin.
