Manuel F. Del Toro, MD is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in Cornea, External Disease and

Refractive Surgery. He is the founder, medical director, and chief refractive surgeon at VEO Clínica de

Corrección Visual in Bayamón, Puerto Rico.

Dr Del Toro received his medical degree form Ponce School of Medicine, and went on to residency at the

University of Puerto Rico. He completed advanced training and a fellowship in ophthalmology at the Wilmer

Eye Institute - The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and has been a practicing ophthalmic surgeon

for more than 20 years.

Dr Del Toro is a member of many professional societies and organizations, including the American College of

Surgeons, the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery,

the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, among others.
