Registered Users Tab Here you can find customers who have registered for an account on the Parks website (to save listings, or be notified of new listings) and have specified you as their agent. You can view registered users searches, and their favorite properties to stay in touch with them and help guide them through the process of buying or selling their home. You are notified via email as well when you have a new registered user or lead on the website.

Favorite Listings

Email Alerts Tab This tab will show all users that have active email alerts set up on the site. An email alert is a user specified (or agent specified for their client) to be alerted when a specific property type comes on the market. This is covered in more detail under Power Search tab Manage Leads Tab This tab was replaced by the CRM Tab
