2015 was a terrific year for legacy. Our annual production was 619 loans for production of $137 million dollars, this was an increase over 70% from the previous year. 2016 is looking to be even better. Today, incredibly, the 30 year fixed is still sitting below 4% and most experts are calling for rates to be no higher than 4.50% throughout the remainder of the year. So with super low rates and a red hot real estate market here in Middle Tennessee, 2016 is definitely shaping up to be a very exciting year for us at Parks.

Our three year old company, with its seven locations and 17 team members, facilitated over 2500 transactions in 2015 and increased our business by 48% from the prior year.
