Classes include: • Working with Investors • House Parts • Working with the Appraiser • Parks Services 101 • Lending overview (types of loans, pre qualification, and more) • Closing overview including TRID guidelines • Home Inspections • Dotloop • Facebook 101 & 201 • Database • Real Estate apps • And More - calendar is available on Parks website Classes are two hours each Thursday and are taught by top agents within Parks to offer you real life experience with these topics. Parks Professional Development is held at our Cool Springs office in the training room.
