A cover from Wuchow reg. to Germany, bearing Dowager large figures surcharged 2.50mm on second printing 5c on 5 cands block of 4, tied by ‘IMPERIAL POST OFFICE/WUCHOW/6.2.99’, alongside with HK QV 10c purple on red in pair tied by faint ‘HONG KONG/8.2.99’ cds, on reverse with ‘CANTON/7.2.99’ Dollar chop transit and ‘LICHTENTHAL/11.3.99’ arrival cds. very good condition. Tied by ‘Chengdefu’ ( 彰德府 ) Tombstone cancel in black, with ‘PAOTING/14.2.99’ Dollar chop, bilingual ‘TIENTSIN/15.2.00’, ‘SHANGHAI/27.2.00, ‘SHUNDEFU’ ( 順德府 )Tombstone cancel transit below.
