 CITY OF MORGAN HILL  FY 15-16  OPERATING AND CIP BUDGET  CITY OF MORGAN HILL  FY 15-16  OPERATING AND CIP BUDGET  CITY OF MORGAN HILL  FY 15-16  OPERATING AND CIP BUDGET  CITY OF MORGAN HILL  FY 15-16 OPERATING AND CIP CITY OF MORGAN HILL  FY 15-16  OPERATING AND CIP BUDGET  CITY OF MORGAN HILL  FY 15-16  OPERATING AND CIP BUDGET  CITY OF MORGAN HILL  FY15-16  OPERATING AND CIP BUDGET  Stimulated economic development by hosting the Far Westerns Swim Meet for an unprecedented seventh con- secutive year (nine total times since the facility opened in 2004)  Conducted two Junior Lifeguard training programs for middle school age youth  Hosted the second annual Doggy Dip Day at the Aquatics Center  Offered free admission to the Aquatics Center on three days to celebrate the 10 th Anniversary Celebration of the Aquatics Center, serving 80 residents  Updated the Aquatics Strategic Plan  Purchased an inflatable aquatics obstacle course for use at the Aquatics Center and CRC to increase Aquatics Cen- ter attendance and enhance member experience  Hosted the Splash to Dash Youth Triathlon and first annual Get Fit Obstacle Challenge  Provide annual in-service training to all department staff with a focus on Developmental Assets FY 15-16 WORKPLAN  Continue to support the Council’s ongoing priority of supporting youth  Evaluate opportunities to enhance the CRC’s collaborative operating model  Develop a strategic plan for membership at the CRC and Aquatics Center FY 15-16 ACTIVITY GOALS  Retain CRC membership base to maintain a monthly average of 4,600 membership units and to conclude the year with 4,860 units (15,500 members)  Implement and manage a new inflatable aquatic obstacle course to increase Aquatics Center attendance and en- hance member experience  Provide annual in-service training to all department staff with a focus on Developmental Assets COUNCIL GOALS The Membership & Program Services Division will implement policies and activities that are aligned with the priorities, goals and strategies the City Council has set for 2015:
