Engraving on watermarked paper From the book "Les Chants de Maldoror" by Comte Lautr é amont, edition of 100, published by Albert Skira, Paris. Total tirage of 220, this piece is from number 41-220 with no suite. For the suite, Dal í added original remarques to the full-page plates. The total circulation was initially comprised of about 200 copies, but because of financial difficulties, the publisher Skira only produced 40 in Japon and 60 on Arches paper. Excellent impression with margins. Engraved by Dal í with the guidance of Bracon from original drawings. Printed by Roger Lacouri è re.
