might pass the Assembly in the same objectionable form that it passed the Senate, CAI issued a call to action to its members urging them to contact their representatives to ask that they vote against the bill. Fortunately, the bill was held up in the Assembly based on the good faith efforts of the bill’s sponsor, Assemblyman Gordon Johnson, to foster a compromise between the stakeholders.
