Double versatility with PS 200/8 Combo PS Costruzioni Meccaniche has recently launched a completely new automatic coil and spool winding line, the PS 200/8 Combo.

The fully automatic model is capable of winding wires or cables onto coils or spools, and so saves customer investment – a single line can produce two different products. PS’s design engineers have also paid particular attention to improving the shape of the final product.

PS 200/8 Combo is a versatile machine that can process a wide range of cables, as detailed below:

Cable type & diameter: Insulated flexible cables: 2mm to 10mm • Solid insulated wires: 2mm to 5mm • Multicore flexible cables: 2.5mm to 10mm • Flat cables: 5.5 x 3.5mm to 13 x 5.5mm • Coil technical details: Outer diameter: 95mm to 230mm • Interchangeable internal core: • 70mm to 115mm Height: 35mm to 114mm •

Spool technical details: Flange diameter: 120mm to 230mm • Barrel diameter: 40mm to 109mm • Overall width: 42mm to 114mm • Bore: 35mm to 104mm • Minimum internal flange width: 35mm to 105mm • Coil/spool according to the cable diameter: 5 metres to 100 metres
