Sangiovese Terre di Chieti IGP Sangiovese is one of Central Italy’s most important grape varieties, and though it is often associated with the vineyards of Tuscany, the pristine growing conditions of southern Abruzzo yield Sangiovese of remarkable quality. 100% Sangiovese grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks with a long maceration at a controlled temperature. The must is frequently pumped over to gently draw out the plentiful aromatics and color. A brief period of finishing in stainless steel allows the wine to settle while retaining all its brightness. The end wine shows brilliant Sangiovese character of sour cherry and Macchia Mediterranea (Mediterranean wild herbs.)

Cabernet Sauvignon Terre di Chieti IGP Cabernet Sauvignon is among the world’s most important wine grapes, and although it can be found planted across the globe, it is excellent at translating the specific character of specific regions. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, Citra Cabernet Sauvignon is produced entirely in stainless steel, which allows the character of the fruit and the territory to shine through in the glass with purity. In this case, the hallmark blackcurrant and blackberry fruit aromas of Cabernet together are complimented by a sense of ripeness and softness that can only come from exposure to the warm, Italian sun.
