Workers can be regularly exposed to high levels of UV rays, which can result in skin and eye damage over time and can cause a range of health problems. Our design team have developed clothing that offers UPF 40+ rating and are designed to block harmful UV rays. UPF40+ rated clothing is an effective form of protection against sun damage and skin cancer. UPF clothing also keeps workers safe, cool and comfortable.

Indicates lighter weight clothing suitable for use in hot working conditions and warm climates

Extreme heat conditions can have detrimental effects on the wellbeing of workers. Extreme temperatures indoors and outdoors can lead to heat stress, fatigue, memory impairment and reduced concentration. Heat load is often further increased from the use of protective clothing. At Portwest we have developed lighter weight clothing suitable for use in hot environments and warm climates.
