Les Cultures du Large specializes in offshore oyster farming and is the only operation in North America to use this method. The farming site is located 7 km off the coast from the Cap-aux-Meules harbour. Trésor du Large oysters stand out for their plump texture and distinctive briny flavour that evokes the sea. Get them directly at our factory, located near the wharf of Pointe-Basse.
