utilizing grant opportunities and maintaining a stable property tax rate while protecting the Town’s long-term financial health. We’ll start to realize some of the results of this infrastructure planning in the next few years in State reimbursements for major stream-crossing culverts and stormwater drainage. These plans are available on the Town website, will be further refined in 2026, and will be incorporated into the Comprehensive Plan as it takes shape over the next year. While there will always be challenges when identified needs outweigh resources available, the Selectboard is proud of the progress made this year and remains committed to building on this momentum. The Selectboard extends its sincere appreciation to the residents, volunteers, committee members, and the municipal staff whose contributions all help to make Harrison a safe, vibrant, and welcoming community.
