• Trojans|Worms and Botnet viruses: Attach to files with vulnerabilities.  Lost D ta • Recovery time reduced from 2-3 days to 1-2 hours • 31 days of all data saved to local site  HOT site: Main KMHA, Newest equipment  Warm Site: SB NOC, previously used equipment  Trifecta of hardware, roll over and backups kept for 31 days at a time • Server side system has rolled over to fail safe devices • Turn over time under 4 hours for data impact • SAN storage has encrypted data • Server Hardening Completed • SAN Hardening Completed  Natural Disaster • Power Loss   System hardware failure • Loss of more than two power supplies, all systems will begin to shut down to reduce the risk of data loss gracefully. 31 days of active backups for all critical servers from the ITS migration  Pending the migration of ALL server systems to the KMHA domain to the New Servers • Off-Site:  SB & Office Park for backup locations for replication on a weekly basis (pending) • Third Party:  No option at this time • Vendor support backup:  All new hardware and SAN Storage vendor support for five years from 2017.  Backup System • On-Site:  Cold Site: legacy location, Office Park?, legacy systems for Archive over 7 years.
