The Homes for Heroes program serves teachers, healthcare workers, firefighters, EMTS, First responders, police officers, law enforcement officers and active duty and veterans of the armed forces. It's not just military, but includes our local police officers, fire fighters, teachers and health care workers. All those people who truly sacrifice so much to keep us safe and build a stronger community. What's amazing is the savings are real and substantial; they have given back close to $8 million to heroes. I am excited to bring it to our area to honor our local heroes. Your Homes for Heroes Rebates &Discounts • The Hero receives $500 - $3000 credit toward closing costs (based on the sales price of the home). • Discounted lending fees charged by Homes for Heroes lender affiliates. • Other Real Estate related discounts available in some states. • You must be represented by a Homes for Heroes affiliated lender at closing. There is no charge to our Heroes to use this program, only savings! Our Hero Rewards Program In some states, laws and real estate regulations have made it necessary to alter the method by which you receive your reward and the amount of savings you will receive. When your real estate transaction closes, Homes for Heroes will send you your rewards right to your new address! Your reward amount will be based on your real estate transaction amount and mailed to you upon receipt of the required documentation I have submitted. 2. You must be represented by a Homes for Heroes affiliated agent at closing. That is why it is important to work with us.
