Procedures

1. Select the task or resource to which you want to attach the hyperlink. 2. Right click the task. Select Hyperlink…

If necessary, display the Gantt Chart view.

1. Select the task or resource to which you want to attach the hyperlink. The task or resource is selected.

Scroll as necessary and click in the

column for the 21 Install Windows task.

2. Right click the task. Select Hyperlink… or Click the Insert Hyperlink button on the Quick Access toolbar, (if the button has been added to the Quick Access Toolbar). The Insert Hyperlink dialog box opens.
