10. Select Formula to assign the contents of the custom field. The Formula for ‘Custom Field’ dialog box opens.

The Microsoft Office Project information box and the Formula for ‘Custom Field’ dialog box close and the content of the custom field is assigned.

16. Select Graphical Indicators .

The Graphical Indicators for “Custom Field” dialog box opens.

Click the Test for “ Cost Indicators” .

17. Select the list for the first blank field under the Test for field. A list of test conditions appears.

Click is greater than.

18. Select the desired test condition.

The desired test condition is selected.

Click in the adjacent Value(s) field.

19. Select the Value(s) field in the same row. A list arrow appears.

Type 300.

20. Enter the desired value.

The value appears in the Value(s) field.
