Step-by-Step

Copy a project to a picture.

If necessary, switch to the Gantt Chart view

Scroll to the first task and display its task bar. Select the View ribbon, and select the Entire project option.

1. Select the rows you want to include in the picture, if desired. The rows are selected. 2. Add the Copy Picture button on the Quick Access toolbar, if necessary. Click the Copy Picture button on the Quick Access toolbar or select the Task ribbon, Copy dropdown , Copy Picture . The Copy Picture dialog box opens with the Selected rows option already selected. 3. Select the desired option under Render image . The option is selected. 4. If you are creating a GIF image, select Browse . The Browse dialog box opens with the insertion point in the File name box.
