If necessary, drag the split bar to the right to view the SV% and SPI fields. Change the project status date by two week intervals and note the changes in earned values. Tasks with a negative SV% value and a SPI value less than 1 are behind schedule.

Discussion

One of the newest features in Project 2013in the Reports section. It lets you show off project data with a whole new set of reports. The raw data presented in Project 2010 and in previous versions are now presented using more user-friendly and more professionally-formatted reports.

The Project tab is available for the user to create different reports. You can choose reports from the following categories: New Report , Dashboard, Resources, Cost, In Progress, Getting Started, Custom, and Recent.



Procedures

1. Select the Report tab. 2. Click the desired report category. 3. Select the desired report.


