Discussion

Before you print a report, you can preview it. The Print Preview window displays the view as it would look on the printed page. This view allows you to make changes to the layout before you print, saving time and paper. When you create a report, it automatically appears in the Print Preview window. When you create a custom report, you need to select the Preview button in the Custom Reports dialog box to open the Print Preview window.

The Print Preview window has a special toolbar that enables you to manipulate the view to magnify information; page right, left, up, and down; and display different pages.
