Discussion

After you create a report, preview it, and change any page setup options, you can print it. You may want to print a report to keep a copy for yourself or distribute it to others.

When you print a report, the Print dialog box opens. You can change settings in this dialog box before printing or use the default settings.

Procedures

1. Create a report. 2. Select the Print command from the File tab, if necessary. 3. Change print settings as desired.
