If necessary, select the Cost Overruns report that appears in the Cost category and view it in the Print Preview window.

1. Select Print from the File tab The Print dialog box opens.

Click Number of copies to 2.

2. Change print settings as desired. The desired print settings are changed.

3. Select OK .

The Print dialog box closes and Microsoft Project prints the report.

Select Project tab to close the Print Preview window. Close HOUSE16.MPP .
