5. If a warning box opens, select OK to confirm changes made to task durations. The warning box closes and the tasks appear in the Gantt Chart view of the new project file.

6. Select all the tasks you copied. All the tasks are selected.

Click the gray button at the intersection of the ID column and field name row.

7. Click the 0% Complete button.

The checkmarks to the left of all the copied, completed tasks disappear and any indicators reappear. 8. To remove constraints and deadlines on all copied tasks, select the tasks and click the Task Information button on the Task ribbon, Properties group. The Multiple Task Information dialog box opens.

9. Select the Advanced tab.

The Advanced page appears.

Select the Constraint type list and select As Soon As Possible . Click in the Deadline box and type NA .

10. Remove all constraints and deadlines. A list of constraint types appears.

11. Select OK .

The Multiple Task Information dialog box closes, all constraints and deadlines are removed, and all constraint indicators disappear.

Click any task to deselect the selected tasks. Open the Project Information dialog box and enter a project start date of 8/12/16 . Drag the split bar to view the Start and Finish date fields. Notice that all dates were updated accordingly. And the red Overallocation icon is displayed because all resources are reset to 100%. Save the new project file to the student data folder as Build and then close it.
